When I work

Monday to Thursday - I offer in-person, video, and telephone sessions throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening to fit around your busy schedule. I understand how hectic life can be, especially with changing shifts or packed diaries, so I work flexibly to make it as easy as possible for you to access support when you need it.


I don’t work on Fridays or weekends, as I set this time aside to focus on my family. I believe it’s important to balance work and personal time, and I hope you can understand and respect this choice.


During client sessions, my mobile is set to do not disturb to ensure I can give my full attention to the person I’m working with. If you leave a message, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.


Cancellations

I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If less notice is given, the full session fee will be payable. That said, I understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, and I’ll do my best to be accommodating and understanding wherever possible.
